Anxiously Awaiting Word On ...

But I maintain serene confidence in ADA and their new Chinese language proficiency.

TSB: Today's State Dept. Briefing:
PLEASE!!! NO PROVACATIVE PEACEFUL DEMONSTRATIONS OF TRYING TO BRING AID TO GAZA!! THE ISREALIS MIGHT THINK YOU ARE SMUGGLING ARMS AND KILL YOU ALL!! ISREAL HAS TO DEFEND ITSELF.

HERE WE GO AGAIN.. PATHETIC POLICY.

Well, it *does* need to defend itself. Iran and others have smuggled plenty of arms to Gaza - 50 tons in just one ship, the Karine A - which were then fired at Israelis.

These flotillas are obnoxious exercises in one-sided moral exhibitionism. Aid to Gaza can be delivered to an Israeli port where it will be given to the Red Cross to deliver. Or give it to Egypt, which has a border with Gaza. The flotilla people just want to make a political point, but they make it in a self-serving and ineffective way. Code Pink at sea.

There you go again TSB.. blasting freedom of expression and liberty!
This one might be more interesting than last year. I wonder what the US
reporters might be charged with? gwb

These old geezers DO look dangerous!

No wonder the Mossad didn't mess with you. They were too busy planning this secret mission to stop these terrorists! They look more "code geezer" than code pink. gwb

TSB: What's the deal with this type of prosecution? Maybe this guy got put on the terror watch list when they were supposed to put him on the anti-terror heroes list??

http://www.news4jax.com/news/28373245/detail.html

and in this post-legal world we can keep him in jail for how long before a speedy trial? gwb

On the Code Pink Flotilla, those geezers are probably reliving their youth back when they protested for unilateral nuclear disarmament. It was the same thing then - protest in England and the US where it was safe, avoid the USSR which had no tolerance for dissent. Now they're pretending to be bold by facing the only armed force in the Middle East that isn't allowed to kill Americans. When they go to Syria to tangle with Assad, I'll be impressed.

On that guy in Jacksonville, I have no idea, however, a U.S. Attorney won't charge someone unless he thinks he can prove that a non-trivial crime has been committed. I'll look for the DOJ or U.S. Court press release for more info.

Thanks TSB! Looks like there is some sort of security problem with the Kabul Police? gwb

TSB: Here is the answer to your post about all those AQ #3's we killed.
The FBI still can't make sense of all the crap it gets from CIA,DSI etc.

FBI terror profile merges identities

This also helps explain a lot of innocent people getting rendered off for torture and then..oops! gwb

TSB: Are you on a secret assignment?
Helping State Dept + CNN rehabilitate
Assad in Syria? Hospitalized after radioactive poisoning by the KGB or just getting ready to release some good old movies? gwb

I'm still here, just too busy during the week to post anything. But now it's the weekend, and I'll have some new stuff up soon.

On the FBI mix-ups, well, that's why they say "good enough for government work."
